AcceptWhat are you carrying that doesn’t belong to you?
Modern life has a habit of cluttering our thoughts and layering us with quiet stress, leaving us feeling completely full to the brim. If you are tired of carrying the constant mental chatter and are ready to finally strip away the noise, this Touch Yoga workshop is just for you.
We often talk about “shouldering” our responsibilities, and for good reason. Our shoulders are the storehouse for our heaviest emotions, it is where frustration, resentment, and the daily “shoulds” of life physically take root. When we carry these heavy bags for too long, our minds become foggy and overloaded.
This workshop is a warm invitation to finally put those bags down.
The Journey to Unburdening:
• Release the Weight: We will explore how tension in the shoulders is directly linked to the mind. By releasing that physical grip, we send a clear signal to the brain that it is safe to let go of mental stress.
• Emotional Unburdening: Using gentle movement and Fingertip Medicine, we will target the exact points where we store emotional weight, allowing your system to process and release what no longer serves you.
• The Art of Clearing: Sweep away the mental cobwebs. We will use simple techniques to clear the static from your mind, creating space for clarity, calm, and new energy.
• Receive a Special Wellness Gift: Especially curated just for you.
• We Will Conclude: With a delicious slice of organic, homemade delectable cake and a warm “hug in a mug” beverage to soothe the body and warm the soul.
The Outcome:
You will leave feeling physically lighter, deeply grounded, and mentally spacious. Best of all, you will walk away with a simple Daily Toolkit of techniques, ensuring that when life gets heavy again, you know exactly how to unburden yourself, how wonderful is that.
